Bayer CropScience strives to be the global innovation leader, discovering new approaches and providing sustainable crop solutions from seed to harvest and beyond. At the time of EASTWEST‘s hiring, Bayer CropScience was going through internal restructuring with the goal of aligning themselves more with their ONE strategy. EASTWEST PR was hired as an external agency to optimize their internal communications network in APAC as well as assist in the alignment of the ONE strategy. The cooperation between Bayer CropScience and EASTWEST started March 2010.
- Strengthen the recognition of Bayer’s ONE strategy within the company through exposure to its principles.
- Facilitate the communication of Bayer’s ONE strategy through the publication of an internal monthly newsletter, design postcards in line with the ONE strategy, and design mouse pads used by Bayer CropScience.
- Design and Create the logo of the five pillars of Bayer’s ONE strategy.
- Advise in the creation and design of an award trophy given to teams who best represented the ONE strategy in action.
- After aiding in the design process, logistics, copy writing and translation of the internal newsletter, the feedback to EASTWEST PR is a resounding success.
- Executives interviewed for sections of the newsletter helped boost awareness of the ONE strategy within the company.
