Frederic Moraillon of EASTWEST Public Relation Elected to Executive Council of MIS

EASTWEST Public Relations, a media relations and digital communications agency based in Asia, has announced that Frederic Moraillon, Managing Director of South East Asia, has been elected to the Executive Council of the Marketing Institute of Singapore for the next two years.

The role of MIS, and its training centre, MISTC, is best described in the message the President, Mr. Loh Kwong Cheng, wrote to new students: ‘For over 36 years, MISTC has been instrumental in leading efficient and effective marketing management practices in Singapore. As the National Body for Sales and Marketing, we have trained more than 40,000 sales and marketing professionals since our inception – some of whom are industry leaders today.’ The elected council is well entrenched and composed of people of various backgrounds, with marketing as a common point of course, who have invested their time and effort into making MIS is a top institution. Mr. Moraillon will carry on this mission. Mr. Moraillon said of his new role at MIS, “I’m proud to have been accepted as it will allow me to shape, though in a small way, the future of marketing and sales in the region. Especially since more and more people from abroad are joining the institute every year.” Founded in 1973, the Institute has trained more than 40,00 students; sales and marketing practitioners through its training academy and has provided the networking opportunities for thousands of its members. Mr. Moraillon will continue in his role as Managing Director of South East Asia for EASTWEST Public Relations while fulfilling his duties to the Executive Council of the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
