IEEE Standards Association Returns to EASTWEST PR for Its social media in China

July 27th, Beijing   The IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA), a globally recognized standards-setting body within IEEE, today announced its return to EASTWEST Public Relations on a six-month retainer for its social media work in China. The agreement was signed by both parties following a weekly management of its Sina weibo account, creation and weekly management of its Wechat account. The agency will also conduct individual PR Campaign on project bases. EASTWEST PR has worked with IEEE-SA in China for both social media, media relations as well as events for 3 years prior to this return.

The account will be led by Denise Chen, Senior Associate, Beijing.

The IEEE Standards Association, a globally recognized standards-setting body within IEEE, develops consensus standards through an open process that engages industry and brings together a broad stakeholder community. IEEE standards set specifications and best practices based on current scientific and technological knowledge.
