Top Tools: Hubspot

HubSpot is a full stack of software for marketing, sales, and customer service. The CRM is completely free and there is a suite of add on tools available.

Hubspot was founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah and has been around since 2006, it has always been pretty awesome, and in the last few years it has delivered a number of serious feature updates that go together to make a truly amazing product that can be used, mostly, for free.

HubSpot CRM Free was launched in 2014 and is the core product of the HubSpot suite. The rest of the tools and the company is focused on Marketing automation.

HubSpot CRM is free, not a free trial. It’s 100% free  – and that may well be enough to peak your interest, but it is not just the price there are a number of great features that make it a serious contender.

According to the pricing page “It’s 100% free – You can add 1,000,000 contacts, unlimited users, and your free access to the CRM has no time limit“.

When it comes to paid tools, Marketing Hub starts of quite reasonably priced at £42 a month for 1,000 contacts and basic functions but after then jumps quite considerably to Professional @ £655 per month and again to £2,624 per month for enterprise – that’s over £31,000 per year, which is serious money, but has all the bells and whistles.

Similarly for sales tools, pricing starts at £42 per months jumping to £41 per month for Professional and £990 per month for Enterprise, and for service tools again £42 per month jumping to £330 Pro and £990 Enterprise.

Not cheap but all the features are there, just accept that you will need to pay for them! Each plan includes the CRM Plus as part of the package.

HubSpot have recently launched CMS Hub – A full featured Content Management System (AKA Website builder) that has everything you need from CDN (Content Delivery Network), email marketing, conversational Bots, and SEO recommendations and strategy.

Prices are set at £245 per month for Professional and £745 per month for the Enterprise Plan.

HubSpot is a great product and has the capability to delivery everything that businesses need, whether Small or enterprise level.
